Privacy Policy

Last updated 21 September 2026.

This website is operated by Hyde Park Int'l Properties dba AustinCommercialRE.com (“we”, “us”). It exists to market commercial real estate at Southwest Center, 9521 W Highway 290, Austin, TX 78736.

Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account and nothing is sold through this site. We receive personal information when you choose to send it — when you email or text, or use the enquiry form, to request the property flyer or arrange a tour. That is typically your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your requirements. Separately, Google Analytics records how the pages are used (which pages are opened, roughly where the visit came from, and device type). That usage data is not used to identify you by name.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-Z2V38M2230) to count visits and see which pages are read. Google may set a first-party cookie such as _ga so repeat visits from the same browser can be counted once. We do not run advertising pixels, we do not sell the data, and we do not use it to build a marketing list. Fonts are served from this site, not from Google Fonts.

How we use your information

We use what you send to respond to your enquiry, send the property flyer, and follow up about available space. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your asking.

Sharing

We share enquiry details only where it is necessary to act on your request — with the property owner, for instance — or where the law requires it. Page-usage data is processed by Google as described in Google’s Analytics terms; we do not send your enquiry form to Google Analytics.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it takes to serve you, and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to Texas real estate licence holders.

Your choices

Ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email [email protected] or call or text 737-767-0685.
